1. Introduction

Welcome to Sierra Bella Lanes! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our bowling alley services, including online lane booking. By booking a lane online, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Online Booking

• Booking Duration: Each lane booking is for a duration of one (1) hour, unless otherwise selected in our booking software.
• Advance Arrival: Customers must arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to their booking time to select bowling balls and rent shoes.
• Online Agreement: When booking online, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Food and Beverage Policy

• Outside Food and Drinks: Customers are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into the bowling alley.
• Exceptions: Cakes for parties booked at Sierra Bella Lanes are allowed.

4. Shoe Rental

• Rental Fee: Shoe rentals are available at an additional cost of two dollars ($2) per person.

5. Advance Booking

• Booking Window: Lane bookings can be made up to fourteen (14) days in advance.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Notice: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the booking time.
• Late Cancellation Fee: If a booking is not canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, a cancellation fee may be charged.

7. Liability and Conduct

• Sierra Bella Lanes is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to personal property during your visit.
• Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
